3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Using a 3-inch gingerbread man cookie cutter, cut dough and place on baking sheets.
4. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until golden around edges. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
