1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Grease an 8x11-inch baking dish with unsalted butter.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk in the hot water 1 tablespoon at a time until the glaze reaches your desired consistency. Drizzle the glaze over the slightly warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
3. Pizza dough is easier to roll out when it's at room temperature versus when it's cold.

2. Unroll the pizza dough, cut into four even squares and place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with 3 Tbsp melted butter.
3. Combine the sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl, reserve 1 Tbsp for topping at the end. Sprinkle the rest of the mixture over the two squares of buttered pizza dough. Top with the two non-buttered squares of dough. Press edges together.
4. Cut each square into 6 strips and brush with the remaining 1 Tbsp of butter. Twist each strip a few times and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle reserved cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
