The cookies are made fresh and warm. They are unbelievably delicious, no matter what flavor you get. We got Dulce de Leche flavor last time and it was out of this world!... I have been to Crumbl Cookies in Baton Rouge LA many times.
Crumbl has decent tasting cookies. Their ultimate peanut butter is my favorite. My review is more about the customer service inside the store and from their customer service reps. They incorrectly charged my wife for four separate cookies instead of a four pack.
