Crumbl Cookies was created by cousins Sawyer Hemsley and Jason McGowan in 2017 with the launch of their first store in Logan, UT (at the same time Hemsley was enrolled in college).
It is made with a soft, butter, sugar cookie base then topped with a cotton candy flavored buttercream and decorated with crunchy candies on top. Crumbl mom’s recipe cookies or chocolate chip, peanut butter chip, and toffee oatmeal cookies are soft, chewy, and topped with a light sprinkle of sea salt to balance out everything.
