    3. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients slowly mixing between each addition. Add in the last 1/4 cup of flour 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough is no longer sticky, but it is not crumbly. If the dough becomes crumbly, add water 1 teaspoon at a time and mix well until dough holds together again.
    4. Stir in the cranberries and chocolate chips. Use two tablespoons of dough to make balls and place them on a cookie sheet spaced 2 in apart then slightly flatten them.
