3. To make the vinaigrette, add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl or jar: ¼ C white wine vinegar, ¼ C olive oil, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt and ⅛ tsp pepper.
4. Add the dressing to your salad and toss until evenly coated.
