Crab Mornay. In a thick based medium saucepan melt butter on a low heat and stir in flour. Cook for 1 min on a low heat. Then add a 1/4 of the milk at a time while constantly stirring. Then bring to a very low simmer for a further 4 mins. Add crab meat and heat through for 1 min. Transfer to serving dish when ready to serve.
Once the cauliflower has cooked, you just add tuna, mascarpone cheese and heaps of grated cheese. Cook until your Keto Tuna Mornay is cheesy and creamy to your liking. You could of course adapt the recipe and instead of using Mascarpone use cream and/or sour cream.
