In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, imitation crabmeat, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and green onions. Place approximately 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
After laying out the wonton wrappers and dampening with water, load each wrapper with an equal spoonful of the creamy, crab filling. Pinch opposite corners together of each wonton wrapper and “fry” for about eight minutes. Be sure to grease your air fryer so the wontons don’t stick!
Vegetables and pork are usually the most popular choices to mix with the cream cheese. Oil – We used vegetable oil but you can use peanut or canola oil as well when frying your wontons. Paper towels – These are a MUST when frying homemade wontons. You will want to use a damp paper towel on top of the opened wonton wrappers.
