2. Cook the Macaroni as per the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside
3. Meanwhile prepare the Cheese Sauce – place the Butter in a large microwavable dish and melt – stir in the Flour until a smooth paste has formed – add the Milk, 1/2 a cup at a time stirring well after each addition – microwave on high for 2 minutes, remove and stir, breaking up any lumps which may have formed – microwave another minute, stir again – repeat until thick – stir in 2 cups of the Cheddar until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth
4. Pour the Cheese Sauce over the cooked Macaroni – add the Tuna, Corn, Parsley and season to taste with Salt and Pepper, stir until well combined – transfer to the prepared oven dish
