Mix well.Step8Steam the tortillas in the microwave according to directions on package.Step9Pour 1/2 of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13“ baking dish.Step10Hold a tortilla in your hand and add 1 tablespoon of the cheese, and about 1/4 cup of the filling.Step11Roll up the tortilla and place it in a baking dish, seam side down.
