1. Start by measuring out 8 cups of water, pour entire pound of coffee grounds on into the water, stir once and cover. Let sit for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs strain through coffee filter into a pitcher. Refrigerate for 8 hours and then your coffee is ready to enjoy! This makes a really strong 'concentrate' if you will.
