DirectionsStep1Add the 2 tbsp of olive oil to the Instant Pot.Step2Turn the Pot to the saute function. When hot add the goose breasts and sear on both sides.Step3Remove the goose breasts from the pot and add the chopped onion and sliced mushroom.Step4Cook until the onion is soft.Step5Add the 2 cups of beef broth to the Pot and deglaze removing any brown bits from the bottom of the Pot.Step6Add in the almond milk, red wine vinegar, gluten free soy sauce, corn starch, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.Step7Place the trivet in the Pot with the 2 goose breasts on it.Step8Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 18 minutes.Step9When the Instant Pot is done cooking, allow it to natural release for 8 minutes. Then turn the steam release handle to the venting position to finish with a quick release.Step10Carefully remove the goose breasts from the Pot. Test the consistency of the gravy.Step11If you prefer it thicker make a slurry with a bit of water and some cornstarch.
