1. Add beans to the large skillet. The beans should not be covered in water since they will gently pre-cook by the steam that evaporates from the water. Bring the water to a boil and cook, covered, until the beans are slightly tender. This will take about 4-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain.
2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and melt the butter. Add chopped parsley, garlic, hot sauce, red crushed chili pepper flakes, and pre-cooked green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until cooked to your liking. Add lemon juice and chicken stock and reduce the sauce for a couple of minutes, until slightly thickened.
