Tender, juicy and delicious boneless, skinless chicken breasts made in just minutes on your George Foreman Grill. Preheat your grill with the lid closed for at least 5 minutes or until it indicates hot. If necessary, pound chicken breasts to ½″ thick or slice in half horizontally. Add olive oil to chicken. Mix dry ingredients and rub onto chicken.
Use the hottest setting and make sure to preheat your Foreman Grill. The hotter the grill, the better chance you have of getting nice grill marks. Always preheat the grill for at least 5 minutes with the lid closed. Try some of our delicious and easy chicken breast chicken recipes:
Preheat George Foreman Grill for 5 minutes with lid closed. Place chicken on grill; cook for 6 to 8 per side minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, heat tomato sauce until simmering. Add chicken to serving plates. Top each evenly with hot tomato sauce and mozzarella. Garnish evenly with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Brush the mixture all over the chicken pieces. Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side, or a total of 4 minutes in a dual-contact grill such as George Foremen. While you certainly want the chicken to be cooked through, you also want to avoid drying it out. So keep a close eye on it and check the internal temperature.
