3. Next, in a mixing bowl and low to medium speed, cream together your sugars (white and brown) with your butter and peanut butter. The beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
4. For the next step, we will add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl. Do this by adding half of the dry ingredients at a time, stirring between additions.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

After 2 minutes, press chocolate wafer in the middle or sprinkle in 3-5 chocolate chips. Allow to cool completely for the cookies and chocolate to set and harden.
