WEBBoth cronerice+white mildew cronerice+keenmoss can give you wardlichen, with the same probability of mutation. I advise you to use keenmoss though, as white mildew will create a lot of brown mold, which will effectively reduce the probability that a wardlichen spawns and will require you to get rid of them regularly
WEBwardlichen is objectively useless. however, you probably are just unlucky. yea then just keep breeding. Use Keenmoss instead of White Mildew. With optimal mutation setups with Cronerice+Keenmoss and wood chips, you have about 30% of chance of getting Wardlichen every tick, compared to ~7% with white mildew.
