WebGarden combos are a weaker version of click combos because they are capped by bank. Garden combos are based on garden plants such as Bakeberries and Queenbeets giving cookies when harvested. Assuming a level 9 garden, a full garden of Bakeberries give a x2.9 boost of bank and a Queenbeet garden gives a x4.1 buff.

WebI believe Golden Clover is faster if you just try with Baker's Wheat and Gildmillet. For Shriekbulb I prefer to use rows of Duketaters, slightly bigger chance. Your setup has 12 spots, rows do as well. Then again, I try for JQB before Shriekbulb, and I usually get at least 1 Shriekbulb from that. Everdaisy I usually try when my JQB is growing.
