3. In a separate bowl, combine the coconut flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and mix
4. Now slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet until a sticky dough forms. Chill the cookie dough for about 5 minutes to allow it to firm up enough to roll into balls.

4. CHILL DOUGH: If the dough seems too soft (this could result if you used melted coconut oil), you can cover the bowl and chill in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. I do not usually have to chill mine.
