1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add cinnamon, salt and combine well. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Take out of the oven and set aside. The kettle corn will crisp up as it cools down.
