Start by getting your glass jars to put your oats in overnight. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then let it sit for 10 to let the gluten develop. When the 10 minutes are up, add the nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and baking power to the remaining flour mixture. Add the vinegar to the melted butter, then add it to the dough in the mixer until it's just combined.
Combine greek yogurt, oats, almond milk, brown sugar and cinnamon in a resealable container (I use a mason jar) and stir until smooth. In a small bowl whisk together softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add to oat mixture and stir until smooth. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
