Churro Chex Snack Mix Instructions: Combine the granular sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside. In a heavy bottom pot, over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and baking soda. Turn up the heat and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Stir continually. Boil, stirring continually one minute.
Once the churros are fried to perfection, combine your granular swerve and cinnamon in a bowl. Then, pour the mixture onto a plate, and individually roll the warm churros in the cinnamon-sugar until they're thoroughly coated in it.
Place chex cereal in an oven save dish. Pour sugar mixture over the cereal and stir to combine. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the cereal. Bake for an additional 3 minutes. Cool completely and store in an air tight container. If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device.
