3. Roughly chop the fresh basil. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet. Stir well, coating the noodles in the sauce and flavorings. Cook the zucchini for just a few minutes until hot and just tender. Do not overcook, or the zucchini will become mushy. Stir through the chopped fresh basil. Serve hot.
