DirectionsStep1Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 325* F.Step2Put the egg whites, cream of tartar, and lemon juice in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whip attachment. Drop heaping tablespoons of batter 1/2" apart.Step6Bake until outside has crisped and the bottom starts to pull away from the parchment paper, 15 to 20 minutes.Step7Remove the cookie sheet from the oven. As soon as the clusters can be moved, use a spatula to transfer them to a rack, and let them cool.Step8Store in an airtight container for up to one weekIngredientsIngredients3 Extra-Large Egg Whites (about 1/2 cup or 4 ounces)½ teaspoonLemon Juice (freshly squeezed)1 ½ cupsPowdered Sugar¼ cupUnsweetened Dutch-Process Cocoa Powder1 ½ cupsWalnuts (chopped)¼ teaspoonCream Of TartarNutritionalNutritional81 Calories5 gTotal Fat23 mgCholesterol9 gCarbohydrate7 mgSodium2 gProteinFrom whatagirleats.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherChocolate Meringue Cookies - Well Plated by Erinwellplated.comChocolate Chip Meringue Cookies Recipe: How to Make It …tasteofhome.comChocolate Meringue Cookies - Christopher Kimball’s …177milkstreet.comDouble Chocolate Meringue Cookies - Once Upon a Chefonceuponachef.comChocolate Meringues Recipe Food Network Kitchen …foodnetwork.comChocolate Meringue Cookies Recipe - Food.comfood.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
