But seriously, making low carb nut clusters are one of my favorite ways to indulge my sweet tooth. With only 3 ingredients and less than 30 minutes, you can be snacking on these too. You can mix and match the ingredients and use any of your favorite low carb nuts. Some of my favorites are hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts and cashews.
Then, once the nuts are coated in chocolate, use a tablespoon - or ⅛ measuring cup - to scoop out some of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. After you scoop out all of the chocolaty, nutty mixture onto the baking sheet, put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours so the clusters can set. Once they're set, take 'em out, and enjoy.
