2. In a separate small bowl add sesame oil. Dissolve xanthan gum in the sesame oil and mix in with the stir fry sauce.
3. Pour stir fry sauce over your stir fry and toss for 1 to 2 minutes. The sauce will continue to thicken. Serve and enjoy!
