WebI thought this was total comfort food. Loved the way the baking mix made the "dumpling" crust on top. Since this bakes for 45 minutes, I did not use precooked chicken. I just cut it up into small chunks and tossed it in the casserole dish raw, then proceeded with the rest of the recipe. Came out perfectly.
