3. Remove excess oil from the fry pan retaining 1 tbsp. Fry one tablespoon finely chopped garlic until it smells good.

3. Remove the paneer onto a plate and set aside.
4. Add garlic, ginger and serrano pepper, stir, then add the remaining ingredients and cook until the bell peppers are tender.
