1. Make a marinade with the soy sauce, rice vinegar and cayenne. Add the shrimp and marinate for at least 30 mins.
2. Dry fry the Chinese five spice in a large skillet over a low heat for a few minutes.
3. Add enough oil to cover the base of the pan, and turn up the heat to medium.
4. When the oil is warm, use a slotted spoon to transfer the shrimp to the pan. Discard the marinade. Cook for a few minutes on each side, turning once and seasoning with salt and pepper.

3. If you are using cooked prawns then add them now. Cook everything for a further 2 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce and squeeze in the lime juice and season well. Cook everything for a further minute before adding the courgette, coriander and spring onion. Stir everything through the pan and remove from the heat and serve.
