1. Preheat your oven to 300°F

3. In two separate mixing bowls, separate egg whites and yolks.
4. Whip the egg whites using an electric mixer. Start on low and gradually increase the speed. Add 1 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener. Whip until soft peaks form and it is a meringue consistency.
