2. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the onion and bell pepper into thin slices.
3. In a small bowl, mix all the stir fry sauce ingredients. Set aside.
4. Heat the pan into high heat, add the marinated chicken, flatten and spread the chicken in the pan. Let it sear the chicken for 2 mins until the chicken gets a nice colour and turn side and stir fry for another 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
