I added 5 cloves of garlic and 1 tablespoon of the seasoning. The “Trinity” in creole and cajun recipes is always onion, celery, bell pepper – not carrot. That might be what some found “missing”. I used celery and sauteed the sausage slices first (in my Instant Pot). Super tasty!
