Hibachi Chicken or Steak: Slice the meat and vegetables into bite size pieces. Spread 1 Tb vegetable oil in 2 separate large skillets over medium high heat. Now in one large skillet, melt 1 TB butter and then add 1 TB soy sauce and the chicken or steak and saute over medium/high heat and add a dash of salt and pepper.
It's a low carb version of a classic Japanese steakhouse sauce. Best of all, it can be whipped up in 5 minutes. It's delicious on just about everything - egg roll in a bowl, cauliflower fried rice, shrimp cakes, crab cakes, grilled meats, as a fry sauce, and even as a salad dressing.
Melt the other 2 Tbsp of butter, add the onions and zucchini, then add the last 5 Tbsp of soy sauce and a dash of salt and pepper. Stir occasionally for 7- 8 minutes or to desired tenderness. For the chicken, add lemon juice for the last minute of cooking and cook steak to desired temperature.
