3. Using a 1.5 tbsp cookie scoop, scoop dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, spread 2 inches apart. Using the back of the spoon or the palm of your hand, flatten the dough balls until they become thick round disks about 3/8 inch thick.
4. Bake cookies for about 12-15 minutes or until edges turn golden brown. Let cookies cool completely before removing them from baking sheet. Store uneaten cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
