These Hawaiian roll cheeseburger sliders are so easy to make. There are a couple things you can do to be sure they’re at their best. Fat- be sure to drain the fat from the ground beef after it’s browned. This will prevent the burgers from being overly greasy. Cheese- take the cheese out of the fridge while you’re browning the beef.
Cheeseburger sliders are great because they can be served as a main dish, an appetizer, or for lunch. Caramelized onions with melty cheese inside a toasty bun are the epitome of deliciousness! I love to bake and cook and share my kitchen experience with all of you!
Spread meat mixture on rolls, top with Monterey Jack cheese, and cover with roll tops. Combine butter, brown sugar, remaining Dijon mustard, and remaining Worcestershire in a microwaveable bowl; cover loosely and microwave until butter is melted, about 1 minute. Mix and pour mixture over the top of the rolls.
Place baking tray of sliders in a 375° oven, for 3-4 minutes or until cheese has melted and tops are golden brown. Remove from oven ( careful, HOT!) and you can now cut the burgers in to sliders by using a pizza cutter ( my favorite) or by cutting on the lines with a knife to get your mini burgers!.
