1. Preheat your oven to 400˚F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal and carb powder together. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the water, oil, egg, honey and peanut butter. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and continue to knead until it forms a ball of dough.
3. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4″ thick. You cookie cutters to cut desired shapes. You could also cut the dough into small squares using a pizza dough cutter or butter knife.
4. Lay the cookies on a well greased cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. You’ll know they are done because they’ll be darker and begin to crack on the top.
