Of course, traditional Chex Mix is loaded with all kinds of carbs, so I decided to just get creative and swap out all the crunchy bits (cereal, pretzels, crackers, etc.) and dump the seasoning over walnuts. Y’all this is the best snack I’ve had in a while. Big, bold flavors and it’s low carb!
