2. Let chicken marinate for about 20 minutes. About halfway through marinating start the oven heating to 425°F degrees.
3. Place chicken in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 160°F degrees.
4. While the chicken is marinating and/or baking, add all of the ingredients for the bruschetta mix to a bowl and toss to combine.
