Place skin side up in shallow open roasting pan (white meat up for boneless turkey). For better appearance, brush lightly with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray. Additional basting is not necessary. Spray the bottom of the pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
I usually roast it at 375 degrees. However 350 degrees can work, but it will take a bit longer. It can also potentially dry boneless turkey breast. You will also need a roasting pan for roasting rolled boneless turkey of course! Then prepare some foil , even though it’ optional. I used it to prevents herbs from charring.
Place turkey breast on the rack. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes per pound, until the turkey reaches 160 degrees. Remove from the oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
