Dry rub the boneless skinless chicken thighs with spices and spray with oil, then air fry for about 16-18 minutes at 400ºF (204ºC), remembering that if you preheat the air fryer beforehand, it may take less time to cook. Serve with salad, french fries, potato wedges, rice, or black beans, or just eat them by themselves.
Sprinkle oil over the boneless skinless chicken thighs and arrange them in the air fryer basket/rack. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket. Cook at 400ºF (204ºC) for 18 minutes, flipping them halfway. When they turn golden brown or cooked through, retire them.
Any chicken seasoning of your choice can be used in this recipe. My “to to” seasoning for these is salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika (or regular paprika) and oregano. Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic, spicy or any combination of spices that you like on chicken can be added to these boneless thighs.
