If you want your pork ribs to have a little spice, sprinkle some paprika and red pepper flakes on them. There are lots of ways to cook pork ribs. My favorite way is to use the slow cooker because it makes the meat so tender. When I use regular ribs, the meat just falls off the bone. But, this time around, I wanted to try baking some boneless ribs.

Place the baking dish in the oven for 7–8 hours, covered with aluminum foil. If you're using a slow cooker, do the same thing in step 2 but only add 1 cup of water. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Remove the meat from the baking dish, and reserve the pan juices in a separate pan. Turn the oven up to 450°F (220°C).
