2. Add ghee to a pot and keep it on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds. Now add finely chopped onion and saute them for 5 minutes. Once the onions are translucent, add ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix well and saute for a few more minutes.
3. Now prepare a puree using the tomatoes and add it to the masala. Also add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder. Mix well and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove the lid and mix the masala well. Let it cook for a few more minutes until the ghee separates.
4. Now add curd to the masala and mix continuously to prevent any lumps. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
