3. Lightly flour your worktop and the top of the dough and then turn the dough over. Roll the dough out to 2½cm thick then lightly flour again. Cut out 10 scones using a 6cm cutter and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
5. Bake the scones for 10-11 minutes, until the tops are golden-brown.
