2. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
3. Place all dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a large bowl and mix with a whisk. You can also process the ingredients in a food processor (that's what I did).
4. In a small/medium bowl, mash the bananas really well (e.g. with a fork) and add them to the bowl (or food processor) with the dry ingredients.
