    1. Start by perfectly hard-boiling your eggs. We used six eggs in this recipe. Also, we have a blog post and video dedicated to showing you how to make perfect soft-boiled to hard-boiled eggs on the stovetop or in the Instant Pot.
    2. After you have hard-boiled the eggs, cut them in half. Scoop out all of the egg yolks and place them in a bowl. Add the 0 fat Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, stone-ground mustard, and some salt and pepper to the bowl. Or, another super flavorful option is to add 1 TSP of the Spice House Lake Shore Drive Shallot & Herb Seasoning or your favorite spice combination. We recommend trying it out, and if you do, you don’t need to add the salt and pepper. Both of these work great and we love giving you options!
    3. Mash all of the egg yolks with a fork and combine all of the ingredients in the bowl. Once the ingredients are more combined, use a spatula to finish mixing them until the filling is creamy and all of the ingredients are combined.
    4. Use a piping bag or a plastic bag as a piping bag to pipe the filling into the deviled eggs. Or, use a spoon to add the filling to the eggs. Feel free to add any toppings you would like and enjoy! We like adding combinations of chives, bacon, and smoked paprika to our deviled eggs!
