gluten free chicken rissoles. Believe it or not, but these delicious chicken rissoles are actually gluten free. You don’t need any flour or breadcrumbs to hold the mixture together. If however you feel that the mixture is too wet or too loose to form into proper patties, then you can add a bit of rice flour.
