This low-carb chicken marinade for grilling is quick and easy to make. Just whisk ingredients together then let chicken sit in marinade for an hour or more. Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl. Pour marinade over chicken in large plastic zipper bags. Allow chicken to marinate for at least an hour.
Whisk together the avocado oil, coconut aminos, dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over and marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
To make a marinade, combine all the recipes ingredients inside a zip top bag or casserole dish. Add in the chicken and mix around/ gently knead the marinade into the meat. Allow to marinate for 2-12 hours. Cook the chicken as preferred. It can be seared and baked or grilled. Heat a cast iron skillet with a tablespoon of oil to medium high heat.
Prep Marinade: Stir all marinade ingredients in bowl until well-mixed. Pour marinade over chicken in resealable bag or shallow dish, arranging chicken so it's coated with marinade on all sides. Marinate & Cook: Seal bag (squeezing out air) or cover dish, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours ( Note 4 ).
