2. Combine 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 oz. cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the cheese at 30 second intervals until it is melted and mixed completely.
3. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder and Italian seasoning.
4. Add the cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, and knead with your hands until completely incorporated.
