    2. Return bacon to the pan. Mix in garlic powder, dijon, worchestershire, and BBQ sauce. Evenly spread the beef/bacon layer on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
    3. In a medium mixing bowl, add sour cream, cream cheese, and egg. Mix thoroughly to combine. Mix in 1 ½ cups cheese, radish, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and cayenne. Spread this layer on top of the ground beef. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Remove and cool for 5-10 before slicing and serving. Top as desired.
