In a large bowl, using an electric mixer cream butter, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Whip in sour cream. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 10 mins or until edges are golden and cookies are set. NOTE* these will not brown on top as much as they do on the bottom.
