(Be sure to whisk up your flour before measuring and then gently spoon it into the measuring cup and level it off with the straight edge of a knife or spatula, without shaking or packing it down. This prevents you from using too much flour.)
4. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.

3. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaves from pans; remove from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
